The Partnership to Fight Chronic Disease has drafted a sign on letter, DRAFT HERE, to CMS in response to the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) Initial Program Guidance; Comment Request due Friday, April 14, 2023. 
 
PFCD's letter focuses on beneficiary and caregiver engagement, defining "unmet medical need," use or reliance on QALY and barriers to access.
